Spa Policies
Cancellations- We understand that at times you may need to reschedule your appointment. We kindly ask that you give us 24 hours notice but 48 hours is highly appreciated. A credit card is required to book multiple appointments and groups, services requiring more than 2 hours and also for services over $75. Cancellations or changes in appointment without 24 hours notice will result in full payment for scheduled service upon re-booking to a credit card or other form of pre-payment. The 24 hour cancellation Policy applies to Groupon or social media promotions and will be required to pay the amount of certificate upon re-booking service. Promotional coupons can not be extentded
Arrival Time- We ask that you arrive a few minutes prior to your scheduled appointment time to prepare for your treatments. Late arrivals will reduce service time.
Gift Certificates- All gift certificates are non-refundable and non-redeemable for cash. Specials cannot be purchased as a gift certificate or paid for with a gift certificate.
Returns- You may return unopened and unused merchandise for a full refund within 7 days of purchase date. If the Product has been used or opened it is non-refundable.
Payments- We accept cash, Master Card or Visa, and personal checks with a valid drivers license. A $25 fee will be charged for any returned check plus any applicable bank fees.
No Smoking- For the comfort of our guests, we are a non-smoking environment.
Tipping - In the beauty industry tipping is a way of showing your spa professional that you appreciated your service and the care they gave you. Tips are usually based between 15 - 20 % . Also you may click the link for a tipping guide. Click here
Errors - We are not responsible for typographical or pricing errors, either online or printed.
Rates - All service rates subject to change with out notice.
Offers, Discounts or promotions are not to be combined under any circumstances even if not stated. Specials cannot be purchased as a gift certificate or paid for with a gift certificate.
Children - As a courtesy to our other guest please make arrangement for your children. Children are precious, but we are here to give guests a chance to relax in a tranquil environment.
No refunds are given on gift certificates or rendered services.
Regina's Secret and any member or employee affiliated with the spa is not responsible for lost, damaged or stolen items in or around our spa premises.
